Stoneage Smoothie

A nutritional powerhouse in a glass, and easy to transport when you’re on the go.
Serves 1-2

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 large avocado
  • A generous handful of spinach leaves
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint and fresh parsley
  • 2cm piece of fresh ginger
  • Juice of a lime
  • 2 tbls melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbls hemp or chia seeds, optional
  • 1 cup of 100% natural coconut water
  • 1 peeled kiwi fruit - optional, if smoothie is not sweet enough for your taste
  • Almond milk/filtered water to thin down the consistency as desired




    Blitz together in a blender, drink and feel virtuous!

    You can pimp your base green smoothie (it’ll no longer be completely green) and change the flavour/nutrition depending on your energy levels e.g if it’s pre workout fuel then amp up the protein and fat - You might want to refrain from adding the fresh herbs and maybe the fresh ginger though if you are adding some of these…. a tablespoon or two of nut butter/ pieces of firm (not over ripe) banana/extra avocado/coconut milk/extra almond milk/ fresh or frozen berries/cold green or herbal tea/ raw cacao powder etc Just start playing around and finding what works for you.
