Stoneage Month - November 2013

The final Stoneage Month for 2013 will be during the month of November. Meetings will take place at the Urban Fringe Dispensary, Colston Street,  Bristol.

We will meet on October 31st at 7.30pm. We will subsequently meet every Thursday evening from then onwards until the month is complete.

What it is

This is a 30 day experiment with the stoneage, or paleolithic diet. During the 30 days we will all adhere strictly to the stoneage diet guidelines, and meet regularly to discuss and monitor our progress.


Altogether there will be five 1.5-hour meetings over the course of the month. In brief, each meeting will combine an opportunity to share what you are experiencing, and how you are managing (including recipe tips!), along with a more structured teaching about the nutritional theory, and health issues.
